Glitz and Glamour Jewelry Boutique offers the following Returns Policy:
Item(s) may be returned if they are broken, damaged, or shipped in error.
Item(s) must be in the original package(s) in new, unused, and unworn condition, no tarnishing from wear and exposure,
no wear and tear on the packaging
and you must include the original invoice. If you are returning an item, please contact us at info@glitzandglamourjewelry.com within 48 hours of receipt of your order for a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be marked on the outside of your returned package, otherwise it will be refused. Once you have received your return authorization number, you will have 10 business days to return the item(s) to us. After we receive the item(s), you will receive a store credit. We do not offer any other form of returns. If you ship an item back to us because you do not like the style, color, shape, etc., we will charge a 30% restocking fee and you will receive a store credit of 70%. Once you have placed your order, we do not allow cancellations or reversal of orders.
