Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: How often do you ship orders?
A: Orders will be shipped every other business day (Monday, Wednesday and Friday).
Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?
A: We do not ship outside of the USA. We may in the future.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We also accept PayPal, personal checks, and money orders. Checks and money orders should be made payable to "Glitz and Glamour Jewelry Boutique". Q: What is your policy on payment by check or money order? A: If you pay by check or money order, your order will be held for 5 days pending arrival of your payment. Once we receive your payment, it will be held until it clears. Your items will be shipped as soon as your payment clears.
Q: What is the minimum order amount?
A: There is no minimum order amount. You may purchase just one item.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Under the law of the state of Pennsylvania, we are required to charge 6% sales tax to shipments to Pennsylvania addresses.
Q: Do you have a catalog?
